When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders ship in 4–6 weeks from the order date. You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment your engine leaves our warehouse.
What if my pre-order is late?
Then it’s on us: if we miss the 6-week window, you get a full refund — no questions asked, no forms. Just reply to your order confirmation email.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Checkout is processed securely through Shopify, and every pre-order is covered by our late-shipment refund promise.
What's in the box?
Every kit ships with all building pieces, a printed step-by-step instruction manual, and a display stand. Motorized kits also include the power box and USB charging cable — check the Included list on each product page for exact contents.
Do the engines actually move?
Yes. Every model has working mechanical functions — gears, pistons, chains, and fans driven by hand crank or the included motor unit. Watch the demo video and check each product page for that engine’s specific motion.
How long does a build take?
These are 660–745 piece builds. Most builders spread one over a few relaxed evenings — it's a project, not a race.
What ages are these for?
TorqueBricks kits are certified for builders ages 8 and up. They contain small parts, so younger builders should build alongside an adult.
What if pieces are missing or something arrives damaged?
Send us your order number and a photo of the issue and we’ll make it right with replacement parts.
